Back to Top Form Validation
Form validation simply means checking your form to make sure the user has filled in the proper information before they submit it.  This could mean checking that a valid credit card number has been entered, that certain mandatory fields have been filled in, that a valid date or e-mail address is being used, that a person has entered an area code along with their phone number, or basically just that the user has entered the type of information you expect to receive.  If your form is "foolproof", it reduces confusion and makes the process more efficient.  Below are a few examples of fields that require correct information:

Enter random credit card #:
Try to submit an invalid date:
,
Try to proceed without filling in the mandatory information (in RED):

Your name
Your e-mail:
Company name:

Back to Top Dynamically Change Options
It's possible to instantly change the options in a question on your form based on the selection made in a different question.  For example, click the checkboxes below to control the choices available in the menu.

Back to Top Image Rollovers
There are all kinds of tricks that can be done with images, from causing buttons to "light up" as the mouse passes over them, to disabling right-click to help protect copyrighted images from unauthorized download, and randomly showing one of serveral different images each time your page is loaded.  Try the following examples:

Image Rollovers
Move your mouse pointer over top of the button at right:

Right-Clicking
We can help protect your copyrighted images by preventing viewers from easily downloading your photos.  This is done by disabling the mouse's right-click function.  Try right-clicking on the images below (instead of the normal right-click context menu, nothing should happen):

Mona LisaThe Scream

Random Images
One of several different photos can be randomly displayed when your page is loaded, or when the viewer performs some action (such as clicking a button or question on a response form).  The helps keep your site looking fresh and regularly updated.  Click the button below to randomly view one of five different images (sometimes you will get the same picture several times by chance), or select a specific image from the menu.

Back to Top Pop-Up Windows
Pop-up windows have many uses; they allow visitors to complete questions on a response form without having to leave the page they are currently looking at.  This means they can fill out and submit the form while still viewing the information on the page underneath.  A pop-up window can also be used to show maps, graphs, instructions, or other information, and can be displayed in any size – or even dynamically resized after they are already open.  View a couple of examples below:
