We can create just about any kind of style for your custom form that you require. You can choose one of the pre-built options, create your own, or we can build a custom form using your logo, colors, in any size you need, with any type of questions you require. Just let us know what you need and we can design a form for you (it is usually best to keep it neat and simple), but you can also specifically request any of the following elements:


	Customize your form by adding a logo to increase brand-name recognition. If you provide us with a copy of the logo, we can resize it and place it anywhere on the form.

	Choose any font for the headers on your form (the ones at right are a sample of different kinds of fonts). Usually it is best to keep the font style consistent with those already existing on your site.

	Various types of textures can be used in the background on your form; you may also choose a solid color, a pattern already used on your page, or no background at all (white).

	Any imaginable color can be used for your form, either for the background or for the text boxes and menus.

	Various sections on your form can be separated with a divider of your choosing.

	It is also important to decide how big the form should be – a fixed width, or a certain percentage of the viewer's browser window? Usually you will want the form only to be as wide and tall as necessary given the type of form you need. You can also have it pop up in its own window, which saves space on your page as well as allowing viewers to look at the page while they fill in the form.
